- If a fax fails to go through, it is important to call the recipient's number and confirm that a fax machine is actually answering. This is a common issue with failed faxes.
- Faxes of image files (photos of documents) can take longer to send. Allow 1-3 minutes per page to fax if you are sending a scan or image file.
